Van Driver

Van driver required for waste collection

The job role entails collecting rubbish and items from customers houses/gardens. You will have your own van supplied by the company for you to use and maintain, to be parked outside your property every evening.

Full training will be provided. Full uniform/PPE will also be provided.

Typical hours will be 7am-4pm but vary due to the nature of the job.

Monday-Friday (saturday unlikely but will be 1.5x rate, sundays also unlikely but double rate)

No bank holidays 33 days holiday per annum, bank holidays included in holiday allowance.

GAURANTEED 40 HOURS/WEEK

Monthly pay (last working day of every month)

No time off in december allowed. This is a company wide policy from top to bottom.

You will need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, however you won't be given anything more than you can handle as this job involves being on your own. This job is working with the general public to customer service skills must be up to standard. A PDA system will be provided to allocate all work and to complete drivers vehicle checks.

Fuel card provided.
