Community & Creator Executive

This ridiculously fast-growing agency sits at the centre of TikTok culture, partnering with brands (such as TRIP) and creators to drive performance through native video, community engagement and affiliate campaigns. They're now in need of extra support in their creator management and campaign coordination teams.

You'll be working closely with the community team to keep the creator network running smoothly. That means helping shape creative briefs, engaging daily with creators, supporting campaign delivery, and making sure the backend admin (samples, payments, reporting) is tidy and on track. It's a great role for someone who loves TikTok, understands trends and wants to build a career in influencer or affiliate marketing.

What you're good at

• Turning TikTok trends, hooks and scrolling time into smart creative ideas
• Communicating clearly with creators and building strong relationships
• Staying organised across briefs, samples, payments and campaign admin
• Spotting trends and sharing insights that help creators perform better
• Switching between creative work and detail-oriented tasks

Bonus points for

• Experience with TikTok's Affiliate Centre or creator platforms
• French, German or Spanish language skills
• Supporting live campaigns or webinars
• A genuine passion for creators, community and online culture
