We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Dartford. This rewarding role involves providing 1:1 support for a pupil in the Early Years, helping them thrive both academically and socially.

What we're looking for:

• Someone with resilience, initiative, and strong organisational skills
• Ability to adapt activities and deliver tailored support programmes
• Experience working with children with SEND, ideally in a nursery or Early Years setting
• A relevant qualification and proven experience supporting learning in an educational environment
• A genuine interest in children's individual needs and a commitment to delivering a high-quality curriculum for all

You'll work closely with the SEND team and class teacher, implementing strategies and recommendations to support the pupil's development.
