Tradewind are offering the opportunity for an enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant (KS3/4) to join an inspiring partnership in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, where specialist and mainstream education combine and collaborate to create an inclusive, engaging and positive learning environment.

Secondary Teaching AssistantRole:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Support Special Educational Needs (SEN), SEMH and diverse needs for learning
• Encourage confidence, independence and engagement with learning
• Work alongside school staff, parents and specialists to deliver tailored support plans

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting Secondary School pupils
• Extensive knowledge of SEN/SEMH (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills and patience
• A genuine passion for creating an inclusive learning environment
• Flexibility and a proactive approach to classroom support
• Enhanced DBS Checked (or happy to apply)
• A full employment/education history
• Located or reliably commutable to Amersham, Buckinghamshire
