We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Theale. This role offers a great opportunity for growth within our expanding business. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Ensure the accurate and timely picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely, according to training and guidelines provided.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
• Conduct stock checks and inventory management to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Assist in loading and unloading vehicles as required.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet warehouse targets and objectives.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and support career progression.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a warehouse operative role or similar.
• Forklift licence or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical fitness, capable of handling manual tasks including lifting and moving items.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of warehouse operations.
