Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair dual fuel systems (gas & electricity) across residential and commercial properties.
• Complete safety checks, system diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues and solutions to clients clearly and professionally.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Complete accurate paperwork and reports as required.

Key Requirements:

• Fully qualified and Gas Safe registered Dual Fuel Engineer with relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of gas and electrical systems and their installation/repair.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality service.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with customers.
• Full UK driving license and own transport.
• A professional and proactive approach to work.
