We're seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing team at Heathrow Airport, working for a tier one contractor with a stellar reputation for delivering complex and high-profile projects in the aviation sector.

As Senior QS, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial aspects of a large tunnelling aviation project worth over £140m. You will manage contractual relationships, drive financial performance, and lead change management processes.

Key responsibilities will include:

Navigate change management processes and supporting the delivery of projects amidst evolving client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
Oversee contract administration, valuations and commercial management of MEP packages.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Strong commercial acumen with significant experience in contract management and financial oversight utilising the NEC suite of contracts.
Proven experience in managing change on large-scale MEP infrastructure projects.
A background in aviation or transport-related infrastructure (preferably with prior experience in tunnels or airports).
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
