My client has an excellent reputation as a reliable and friendly main contractor excelling in Commercial, Residential, Local & Health Authority, Leisure, and Education sectors throughout London and the Home Counties,.

They collaborate closely with clients and architects, consistently delivering high standards.

This successful contractor specialises in refurbishments from £300k to £3m, maintenance works, alterations, restoration, and small works.

My client often works on luxury residential refurbishments and medical/hospital refurbishments.

They are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor with min 5 years experience.

You will have a relevant degree qualification - and ideally worked for a small-medium sized contractor.

You will be experienced financially managing construction projects within the agreed budgets and time scales.

Seeking a team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Salary will be very competitive and the company offer full bens.
