Patient Services Assistant

We are working with a lovely GP Practice near Finsbury Park N4, who require the support of a Patient services administrator on a permanent basis.

Duties to include (but not limited to)

Taking inbound calls from patients

Booking Appointments

Post

Scanning of documents

Updating patient details onto the database

Our client requires someone who can hit the ground running with a good working knowledge of EMIS,DOCMAN OR SYSTMONE and at least 1 Year's recent experience working within a GP surgery, along with an excellent telephone manner and customer services skills.
