SailPoint IIQ Consultant

Hybrid Working - London - 2 days a week on site.

Role Overview

  • Design, develop, and maintain innovative, customer-centric, high-performance solutions within the SailPoint IdentityIQ framework.
  • Focus on user experience by designing software with customer needs as the primary goal.
  • Collaborate within a feature team to engineer software, scripts, and tools facilitating the delivery of banking platforms, applications, and services.
  • Engage with engineers, architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and clarify project objectives, goals, and requirements.
  • Engineer and deploy applications that meet or surpass expected load, performance, and availability metrics, including executing load balancing, performance testing, and benchmarking.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in the security domain, showcasing a solid understanding of security protocols and strategies.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Must have - Experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) with SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Must Have - Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, (and SQL if possible).
  • Must Have - Experience with application onboarding, workflow development, and operations & maintenance activities within IdentityIQ.
  • Must Have - Familiarity with designing, building, configuring, and implementing IdentityIQ connectors for systems such as Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and Oracle.
  • Must Have - Experience customizing workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, and certifications within IdentityIQ.
  • Implementation experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SOD) policies.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and strategies within the security domain.
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
  • Organizational proficiency for driving solutions to fruition.
  • Ability to translate requirements into business-relevant language.
  • Proven ability to work independently and within diverse project teams.

Desired Certifications:

  • SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer.
  • SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Associate.
