As a CHIP Designer, you'll be critical in redesigning our chipboards to ensure they're ready for large-scale production. You will work in an agile, fast-paced environment where your contributions will directly shape the success of our hardware, from design to industrial manufacturing.

• You will redesign and optimize chipboards to ensure they are scalable and ready for industrial production. This is a key role in influencing the future of the product, ensuring it meets the highest standards required for large-scale manufacturing, and allowing you to see your designs come to life in the real world.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers will allow you to broaden your skill set and gain exposure to different aspects of hardware development. By working with experts from various fields, you will play an integral part in the seamless integration of hardware components.

• As you develop innovative solutions to improve hardware performance and scalability, your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and long-term success of the product. Your creative problem-solving will help push the boundaries of what is possible in hardware design.

• In working closely with manufacturing partners, you'll ensure that your chip designs meet all the necessary production requirements, taking your work from the design phase to mass production. This hands-on involvement will give you the unique satisfaction of seeing your work transition from idea to industrial-level output.

• Using state-of-the-art tools like Cadence and Synopsys, you will create precise, high-performance chip designs. With access to the latest design and simulation tools, you'll be able to refine your designs and ensure they are robust and ready for the scale of industrial production.

5+ years of experience in IC or chipboard design.
Strong expertise in analog and digital circuit design and chip optimization.
Proficiency in PCB layout and design simulation tools.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience with design for manufacturability (DFM).
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
