Candidate Requirements

• Qualifications: Must be nurse-qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD).
• Experience: Proven history as a Home Manager with 'Good' or 'Outstanding' CQC ratings.
• Skills: Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and private market knowledge.
• Values: Passionate about care, with a commitment to excellence.

Location & Commute

The home is accessible from Colchester, Chelmsford, Sudbury, Ipswich, Felixstowe, Witham, Clacton-on-Sea, and Braintree.
