- Managing the day-to-day operations of a small elderly residential care home
- Ensuring adherence to all regulatory and compliance expectations and CQC care standards.
- Providing leadership and guidance to staff members.
- Overseeing medication administration and ensuring compliance with protocols.
- Developing and implementing rota planning for staff
