Finance Manager

Full time role, location near Heathrow . Our client is recruiting for a Finance Manager -Salary 45-50k.

Monday- Friday (phone number removed)pm office based

Must have experience managing a team (10 people) and be AAT trained . Knowledge in Cargo/Freight Forwarding/Logistics

Duties Include:

To oversee the smooth running of the accounts department and lead up to 10 Staff
Accounts payable/ receivable, Sales Ledger, Billing and Credit Control
Bank / Duty Vat reconciliations
VAT Returns
Oversee credit checks & risk assessments on new clients, UK and overseas
Liaising with senior management and external financial accountants when required
Overseeing the processing of sales and purchase invoices
Handling any queries
Reporting to the senior management team
P&L / Aged Debtor reports / Budgets /Payroll

Experience needed:
Previous experience within all aspects of accounts/ finance
Previous Managerial Experience
Experience within cargo / freight forwarding/ logistics
AAT trained
Good knowledge Microsoft Excel / Sage 50 / ASM / BoxTop
You should be self-motivated and self-driven
Attention to detail, very good organisational skills
