My client is a tier one, privately owned main contractor who excel in delivering large-scale, complex projects. A leader in London's residential, regeneration, and hotel sectors with direct delivery capability and proactive risk management.

• 1,200-unit regeneration in Lewisham,
• Regeneration of the Greenwich Peninsula.
• Fitout of super prime residences at Chelsea Barracks and The Whiteley & delivery of projects like Canaletto and Chelsea Waterfront.
• Some of the best hotels in the world, including Raffles OWO, The Four Seasons at Ten Trinity Square and The Ned.
• Integrating existing heritage elements with new buildings, major structural and civil interventions and world-class fit-out, in schemes like the Hammersmith Civic Campus and West Cromwell Road.

As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you'll oversee the commercial management of high-profile construction projects. Lead teams, ensure financial targets are met, and uphold best practices in cost control, contract management, and dispute resolution.

Your expertise in large, complex schemes will ensure projects are delivered on time, in budget, and in line with corporate KPIs.

Proven experience in managing multiple projects value c 50m +, JCT and D&B, is required.
