Multi Trade Operative

I am looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work in London as part of the response maintenance team for a large housing contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in tenanted and void properties and will receive a company van and fuel card.

The successful Multi Trade Operative will receive:

• Annual salary of 37,000
• Company van and fuel card
• Competitive annual leave structure
• Full time employment

The Multi Trade Operative will be:

• Working independently as a mobile worker
• Ensuring works are carried out safely to an excellent standard
• Dealing with residents issues and complaints
• Tiling, painting, basic plumbing and carpentry skills
• Tablet usage in line with company policy

The Multi Trade Operative will have:

• Experience within a trade
• Previous social housing experience
• Ability to meet deadlines and objectives
• Relevant NVQ qualification
• Full UK drivers license
