What we?re looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A qualification in SEND education is desirable.
• Experience of working with children with SEND and ASC
• Experience in teaching English
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate children and young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching methods.

Brookways School is part of Kedleston Group. We specialise in providing specialist education and care for children aged 7-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). These include autistic spectrum condition (ASC), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and social emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
