Section Engineer

Our client is looking for an experienced Section Engineer with structures experience to join their team on the HS2 project in Buckinghamshire.

You will collaborate with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, equipment, and materials to meet required standards, schedules, and budgets.

Your responsibilities will include writing RAMS, programming of works, identifying and resolving technical issues in coordination with the senior team and Sub Agent. You will also monitor and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring their work meets contractual requirements, quality assurance.

About The Candidate

• HNC/Degree (construction/civil engineering related) or equivalent and working towards institute membership (ICE)
• You must hold the following competencies:
  • CSCS White, White-Yellow, Red - Experienced, Black - Manager or Gold - Supervisor
• Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of site engineering activities combines with construction supervision skills
