• Conduct thorough assessments of individuals and families within the locality teams.
• Develop, implement, and review tailored intervention plans.
• Act as a lead in safeguarding cases, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Provide expert advice and support to junior team members.
• Liaise with external agencies and community organizations to coordinate care.
• Maintain detailed documentation and case records.
• Contribute to team meetings and ongoing service development initiatives.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all dealings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a social worker, ideally within localities teams
• Valid registration with social work governing bodies
• Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and social care legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle complex cases with empathy and professionalism
