Administrative Officer (Industrial Relations)

To assist with the delivery of the RMT's trade union strategy and providing support for National Officers in their negotiations with companies. To provide a comprehensive Industrial Relations service to RMT Officers, representatives and members. To contribute to the provision of the RMT's Helpline Telephone service.
