Healthcare Valuation Surveyor - Associate Location: London Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + car allowance + bonus

Our client's thriving Healthcare Valuation team is expanding and seeking a talented Senior Surveyor or Associate to join their London office. This is a rare chance to specialise in the valuation of trading businesses within the healthcare sector-a fast-growing, high-impact area of the property market.

Role Overview: As part of the national healthcare team, you'll play a key role in delivering valuation and advisory services across a wide range of healthcare assets. These include care homes, private hospitals, mental health facilities, and retirement villages. You'll work with both domestic and international clients, gaining exposure to a sector that blends real estate, business operations, and community wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality valuation reports for healthcare-related trading businesses

Develop strategic insights through detailed market analysis

Support business development and marketing initiatives

Work closely with clients, both in the UK and globally, from London's central base
