Sales Consultant

We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in our Islington branch. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of one of North London's leading independent estate agencies, known for its strong market presence and commitment to customer service.

Role Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in managing property transactions from start to finish. You'll liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth and timely completions while maintaining a high standard of service throughout the process.

Salary and Package

• Basic Salary: £20,000 - £22,000
• On Target Earnings (OTE): £60,000 - £70,000
• Company car provided for Consultants and Managers

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience
• Previous experience within an estate agency
• Strong organisational and decision-making skills
• A confident and professional telephone manner with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Well-presented, personable, and eager to grow within the business

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of property transactions
• Organise client documentation and maintain an up-to-date database
• Oversee sales progression, including the preparation and issuing of legal documents
• Liaise regularly with buyers, solicitors, surveyors, and finance companies to ensure timely completions
• Provide outstanding customer service and communication throughout the process
