Site Supervisor

Drylining Site Supervisor required in Essex

GVR Solutions are currently working with a long standing client who are a specialist subcontractor based in Essex. They are seeking out for a drylining supervisor to join there well established drylining team working on a number of commercial and residential projects based in and around the London, Hertfordshire & Essex area.

Responsibilities of the Drylining Site Supervisor:

• Managing the day-to-day site operations and ensuring the project is completed in accordance with the specification and build programme.
• Providing accurate and regular reports on progress in line with planned resource levels and programme.
• Coordinating and supervising the operatives on site to achieve dates within programme and ensure quality at every stage of the installation.
• Liaising with the clients site team, and other construction professionals.
• Maintaining clear and open communication with our Contracts Managers/office team.
• Scheduling, procurement and organisation of materials & plant required for the installations on site.
• Ensuring all aspects of Health & Safety are followed and adhered to.

The Drylining Site Supervisor must have/be:

• Site supervisor or management experience is essential, minimum 2 years.
• Good technical knowledge in drylining and ceiling systems.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Capable of managing the Health & Safety requirements on site.
• Familiar with document control and QA systems.
• Valid Driving License.
• Valid SSSTS
• Valid CSCS Card
