Service Desk Coordinator: IT Operations Coordinator

Our client operates in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and is seeking a Service Desk Coordinator with an IT or technical background to help them maintain organisation and efficiency.

In this role, you will handle incoming requests, facilitate clear communication and ensure tasks stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming IT service requests.
• Efficiently review, prioritise, and assign tasks to appropriate team members.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments to ensure timely task completion.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure adherence to processes and protocols.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the service desk team.
