Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client, a leading Contractor are looking for a Senior Quantity Sureyor to be part an important team leading a Southern Framework, working on rail E&P projects.

This company has secured a significant amount of work on the Network Rail SRE and is looking to expand their team.

The role will be based in Blackfriars, 3 days a week

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• NEC contract experience
• Professional membership with RICS or CICES (desirable).
• Experience in a civil engineering environment.
• Proficiency in cost management software and tools.
