Senior Quantity Surveyor- RC Frames and Groundworks

About the Role:

Our client is on the search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in RC frame and Groundwork packages. The individual will be responsible for project finances, and contractual relationships and will take commercial control of their schemes from the start through to final account. It will be your responsibility to report and manage costs to ensure your projects stay within budget and profit is maintained. This role will offer the ability to be office based in central London, or site based around London, and also provides the flexibility to work from home (when suitable).

About the Requirements:

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveying combined with a relevant degree
• Must have RC Frame and Groundwork package experience
• Ability to commute in Central London and surrounding areas
• Must be able to demonstrate job loyalty / stability

About the Package:

Salary is negotiable, depending on the experience this will range between 80,000 - 110,000. Our client is open to considering people on a PAYE or self-employed basis. Targeted related bonuses and other benefits will also be discussed at the point of interview.
