Your new company
An organisation who are going through significant digital transformation to enhance and streamline their services. As part of this transformation, the organisation is implementing Arcus, a SaaS solution.

Your new role
This organisation requires an Arcus Implementation Consultant to guide them through the implementation and data migration process. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition from the current system to Arcus.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• To be the expert in the implementation of the Arcus platform, providing training and support to the internal teams, taking them on a learning journey on the best most efficient practices of Arcus
• Facilitating the first and second phase of data migration ahead of the go-live date in the summer
• Promoting a more efficient and effective way of working through the use of Arcus.
• Ensuring the system is operational as the first priority, with customisation to follow at a later date

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in implementing SaaS solutions, ideally you will have hands-on experience of Arcus
• Excellent understanding of the implementation journey
• Ability to train and upskill internal teams on the use of Arcus
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams to guide them on the best use of the new solution
• Flexibility to work one day a week in the office, with the rest of the time remote.
