Multi Trader

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Multi Trader join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trades such as carpentry, plastering, decorating and be proficient in using various tools and equipment. This role involves working on social housing properties, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.

This is a temp to perm role and you will receive a company van and fuel card.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry work
• Plastering
• Plumbing
• Damp & mould
• Painting & Decorating
• Conduct repairs on existing plasterwork as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the installation of plasterboard where necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a multi trader or in a similar role within the construction industry is essential.
• Trade qualification - essential
• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and masonry techniques is required.
• Social housing experience
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
