Join Dementia UK as our Campaigns Manager and lead national and local influencing campaigns that drive real change in dementia care.
Reporting to the Head of Campaigns, you will design, deliver and evaluate impactful campaigns that put people affected by dementia at the heart of our influencing work. You will set measurable objectives and drive innovative approaches that engage and mobilise diverse audiences.
As a skilled leader and communicator, you will inspire and grow our community of campaigners, empowering them to advocate for improvements in dementia care. You will manage two Campaigns Officers and work closely with Policy and Public Affairs colleagues, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
To succeed in this role, you will bring significant experience in planning, delivering and evaluating successful influencing campaigns. You will be confident in influencing a variety of stakeholders and leading complex projects with multiple competing priorities and deadlines. You will be comfortable using digital campaigning tools and CRM or supporter management systems.
This is a pivotal role in delivering Dementia UK's influencing strategy, working across all four nations of the UK to secure improvements in dementia care so that every family affected by dementia can access the specialist support they need.
