Assistant Quantity Surveyor

ASSISTANT/TRAINEE QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Assistant Quantity Surveyor required in Milton Keynes on a full-time basis.

Will assist with all general Assistant Quantity Surveyor tasks/general Assistant Quantity Surveyor duties such as;

• Reporting to the Commercial Manager or Quantity Surveyor
• Assisting in managing the financial and contractual aspects of projects
• Gaining an understanding of the project scope, contracts and commercial requirements
• Supporting valuations, incl re-measures and variation pricing
• Assisting in subcontractor procurement and management
• Preparing reports on cost/value and financial progress
• Collaborating with the site team to ensure seamless project delivery

Applicants must have previous Assistant Quantity Surveyor experience and be able to provide references from previous employers.

The potential candidate for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor position must have can do attitude, be punctual and reliable.
