About The Role:

A sought-after and prestigious, design-led architecture practice is seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal / Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will have substantial prior experience supporting a senior employee or firm founder. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the leadership of an internationally recognised practice and gain exposure to ambitious, high-profile design projects around the world.

In this role, you will manage the Founder's busy schedule, support their day-to-day workflow, and assist with both professional and occasional personal matters. You will be a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and collaborators, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role also offers opportunities to travel internationally, attend social and industry events, and gain first-hand experience of world-class design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Founder's diary, appointments, and busy schedule, ensuring efficient time management
  • Coordinate and book international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, and visas
  • Organise and prepare meetings, briefings, and presentations for the leadership team
  • Support documentation and correspondence relating to both business and personal matters
  • Assist with the planning and organisation of company events, meetings, and social engagements
  • Handle phone and email communications on behalf of the Founder as required
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Founder and senior team members

Key Skills / Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PA or EA supporting a founder or senior employee, ideally within creative industries such as architecture, interior design, or similar
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with other software packages is an advantage
  • Friendly, adaptable, and service-minded with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
