Job Title: Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Support & Small Group InterventionsLocation: Upminster

Start Date: After Easter

About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming infant school in Upminster. This role involves providing 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil, alongside delivering small group interventions to support learning and development across the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored 1:1 support to a Year 3 pupilDeliver targeted small group interventionsSupport the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environmentMonitor progress and adapt support strategies as neededFoster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Requirements:

Proven experience working within Early Years or Key Stage 1/Lower Key Stage 2Strong understanding of child development and learning strategiesPatient, empathetic, and proactive approachAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamRelevant qualifications are desirable but not essential

Be available five days per week
