A growing design-led architectural practice based in Essex is expanding and looking for a talented and driven RIBA Part III Architect to join their team. Working on a varied portfolio of residential and bespoke projects across the South East, this is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of projects from day one. This role is ideal for someone ambitious who wants to progress, not remain in the background. You will be given responsibility, client exposure, and the chance to influence design decisions within a supportive and collaborative studio environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Client-facing role with project delivery responsibility
• Coordination with consultants and contractors
• Producing technical drawings and information
• Delivering projects across all RIBA work stages
• Ensuring compliance with UK Planning and Building Regulations

The Ideal Architect Will Have:

• RIBA Part III qualification gained in the UK
• Minimum 3 years UK experience in a design-led practice
• Strong technical and design ability
• Experience working on UK residential projects
• Excellent AutoCAD and SketchUp skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
