We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading M&E contractor that has secured a large residential development in North West London. They are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the project from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality standards.

The Role:

• Overseeing the mechanical package from preconstruction through to project handover.
• Managing design, procurement, and programme schedules.
• Leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to coordinate project execution.
• Ensuring strict health & safety compliance and quality control.
• Monitoring costs, progress, and reporting to senior management.

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on large-scale residential developments.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building services.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through to completion.
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
