Are you a Service Operations professional looking to support the transformation of a growing service division, with autonomy to make your mark, a competitive package and a clear scope to progress further within a global leading manufacturer?

This role offers the perfect blend of strategic leadership and hands-on operational management, with an ongoing drive for continuous improvement. You will play an integral role in the team, working closely with the Head of Service to improve various aspects of service delivery across the business.

You will oversee client support, onsite maintenance and project delivery teams, developing robust processes and utilising data to enhance service performance.

Our client delivers critical solutions to major financial institutions, retailers, and blue-chip organizations worldwide. With significant growth in their service contracts and new opportunities in the pipeline, they're seeking a process-driven leader to evolve their service delivery capabilities.

This would suit a service operations professional from any manufacturing or engineering background who has experience managing service contracts and technical teams, with a keen eye for process improvement and performance management.

DUTIES

Manage and develop technical service teams
Drive business performance through KPI implementation and reporting
Support commercial activities and customer relationships
Oversee workshop and customer support operations
Implement and improve service delivery processes
Work closely with senior management on business improvements

PERSON

Service operations experience within manufacturing or engineering
Strong people management skills
Knowledge of reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI or similar
