Site Admin

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Site Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our construction site by managing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage site administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with site personnel and management to facilitate smooth operations
  • Take photos of work progress and upload them to the portal
  • Assist with general site duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid CSCS card
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Proficiency in using digital tools for documentation and reporting

Day-to-day:

  • Managing site administrative tasks
  • Coordinating with site personnel and management
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Taking photos of work progress and uploading them to the portal
  • Assisting with general site duties as required
