Operations Manager

ersg is currently searching for an Operations Manager on behalf of a rapidly growing client. Our client, has a strong background in the Rail and Infrastructure sectors but have recently enjoyed success within the Renewables sector. As Operations Manager, successful candidates will be responsible for the running of over 60 staff (sub-contractors and in-house staff) and delivering sustainable growth.

This role requires an extensive background within the UK Utility-Scale Solar sector, and a strong understanding of M&E + Civil Engineering. There is an expectation that you are able to demonstrate the ability to deliver multiple projects concurrently, and to the highest standard to ensure business growth.

The successful applicant based at their HQ in North-West London on a regular basis. The package is around 80,000 + a profit share scheme, company car, and benefits including private healthcare.
