Do you have a passion for teaching children with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)?A welcoming and inclusive specialist primary school in Hillingdon is seeking a dedicated MLD Teacher to join their team from January 2026. The school provides a supportive, nurturing environment where pupils with MLD and additional needs are encouraged to achieve their best academically, socially, and emotionally.

In this role, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with MLD
• Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies
• Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Experience teaching pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) or a range of SEN needs
• Strong understanding of strategies supporting communication, literacy, and numeracy development
• Patient, creative, and adaptable teaching approach
• Commitment to inclusive, child-centred education
