As a Contracts & Licensing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly while gaining hands-on experience and growing your career.

About the RoleIn this exciting position, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues and take ownership of core contracts and licensing processes. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, making sure they receive the support they need. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and make an impact!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing accurate and timely software price quotations for both existing and new clients.
• Issuing licence agreements and contract addenda while participating in contract negotiations.
• Distributing software products via courier and email.
• Assisting clients with download or security device issues.
• Issuing sales invoices in line with financial controls.
• Supporting client processes by responding efficiently to requests for company information.
• Engaging directly with clients through email and meetings to assist with their procurement processes.
• Providing proactive ad hoc assistance to clients and internal colleagues to ensure overall success.

As you gain experience, you will also assist in preparing tender/bid documentation and participate in drafting and negotiating more complex licence agreements.

You Will Need:

• Strong results in Maths and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• A collaborative, proactive attitude with a genuine interest in helping clients and colleagues succeed.
