Finance Manager

Equifind is partnering with a fast-scaling residential developer who are looking for a driven Finance Manager to help build and elevate their finance function as they grow rapidly across the UK. This interim role offers immediate start and a clear path to permanent for the right person.

As they expand across the UK, they need a commercially aware finance lead who thrives in fast-paced environments and can add real strategic value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of monthly and year-end financial reporting
• Prepare and review management accounts with commercial insight
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning cycles
• Provide financial input to senior leaders on performance and investment
• Liaise with investors, lenders, and stakeholders through clear, accurate reporting
• Shape processes and systems as part of platform scale-up
• Mentor and develop a small, high-performing finance team

About you:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (audit background ideal)
• Strong financial reporting experience, ideally with team management
• Working knowledge of IFRS & UK GAAP
• Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
• Thrives in dynamic, high-growth, change-oriented environments
