The Role:As a Year 4 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative lessons, fostering a positive classroom culture, and supporting the academic and personal development of each student. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team committed to high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver dynamic lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing tailored support where needed
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
• Engage with wider school life and contribute to extracurricular activities

Requirements:

• PGCE or QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Creative and reflective approach to teaching and learning
• Competence in using educational technology to support learning
• Passion for inspiring young learners and meeting diverse student needs
