Stock Condition Surveyor

Job details:
Seeking detail-oriented Stock Condition Surveyors (x7) to join our client from end of March until September / October.

• Conduct thorough inspections of stock (Residential Accomodation) to assess condition and identify any issues.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of stock conditions.
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations for maintenance and improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure stock is maintained to the highest standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

What you'll need to succeed
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills. (No previous experience or qualifications required)
• The ability to prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. (Must be IT-literate and comfortable using PDAs / Tablets)
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
