Site based Project manager

Project manager:

My clients are seeking to hire a Site based Project manager within the next 2 weeks for a industrial fit out they have coming up:

Duties:

• Work closely with the client and build relationshiops.
• Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Keep in Budget
• Manage cost

Requirements:

Proven experience as a project Manager (5+ years)

Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

Industrial Build / fit-out knowledge / Experience

Certs:

CSCS L6/L7, SMSTS, 1ST AID, Asbestos awareness, Fire marshall, IPAF
