Leading pharma company seeks Indirect Tax Lead.
Your new role
The contract will initially be for 3 months (but very likely will be extended)

The key focus will be on static data remediation

Ensuring the tax tables in D365 are complete (for all indirect tax reporting - VAT and EPR)

Ensuring the tax tables accurately reflect the trade flow bible produced by EY and give the correct tax determination

Ensuring movement of own goods are accurately identified and captured in the reporting

Work with Finance and the Business on any trade flow or complex VAT queries

Potential extension to help with implementation of tax calculation service within D365 or another suitable tax engine

What you'll need to succeed

CTA / ACA qualified

Plenty of in-house experience

Excellent stakeholder engagement

Pharma experience would be nice but experience in an industry with movement of goods across the EU would also suit.
