Planning Lawyer (Locum)

My Client based in London is looking for a Planning Solicitor to join their team on an on-going Interim basis.

Responsibilities include:

Advising the Planning Committee.

Providing expert guidance on planning policy, including Local Plans

Negotiate and draft Section 106 agreements, Section 278 agreements, and Section 38 agreements.

3+ years PQE in planning law.
