About Swann House:
Swann House is situated in the small market town of Saxmundham in the center of Suffolk's Heritage Coast region. Swann House is close to local amenities including a doctor's surgery, cafes and public houses.
Swann House is an Extra Care housing scheme, helping customers to live independently for as long as possible. It gives them the security and privacy of a home of their own, with a range of shared facilities on the premises and 24-hour care services if needed. It also offers couples the opportunity to continue living together.
