Rutherford Briant are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our established client in Harlow. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive L&D strategies that align with the people and business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering a wide range of learning, development, and leadership programs.
- Developing and managing management and apprenticeship programs.
- Identifying skill gaps and providing targeted training solutions.
- Collaborating with various teams across the business to ensure cohesive L&D initiatives.
- Managing stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and support for L&D activities.
- Implementing L&D strategies in line with overall business and people strategies.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar L&D role.
- Strong expertise in creating and implementing learning and development programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify skill gaps and provide effective training solutions.
- Strategic thinking with the hands on skills to align L&D initiatives with business objectives.
