A well-established RIBA-chartered architectural practice in Essex is seeking a newly qualified Architect to join their collaborative, innovation-driven team. Known for delivering tailored, high-quality design solutions, the practice specialises in retail, residential, and commercial projects that consistently exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the design process across all RIBA work stages
• Produce and coordinate detailed construction drawings and specifications
• Oversee project delivery, including contract administration and site inspections
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Contribute to planning applications, feasibility studies, and design documentation

Requirements:

• ARB-registered Architect (Part 2 experience also considered)
• Experience working in a UK-based architecture practice
• Sound knowledge of UK planning policy, building regulations, systems, and construction methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident working both independently and collaboratively
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is beneficial
