The Role

You will be trusted to:

• Program, set and operate CNC mills and lathes
• Manufacture complex, high-precision components
• Interpret detailed engineering drawings
• Support tooling and fixture development
• Solve technical machining challenges
• Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice

What We're Looking For

• Several years' CNC machining experience in a precision setting
• Strong programming and setting capability
• Ability to work from complex drawings
• High standards and attention to detail
• Professional, team-oriented attitude

Experience with advanced controls or multi-axis machining is advantageous, but solid core machining expertise is key.
