Children's Residential Support Worker - EBD Exp Needed

I am looking for experienced Children's Residential Support Workers who drive and are able to bring over their vehicles on to the Channel Islands.

• Covering all needs for children and young people within 2-3 bed EBD residential homes.
  
• A rewarding opportunity to provide essential care and support in a beautiful island setting.
• Outside IR35 (use a ltd and keep 80% of your earnings)
• Partially subsidised accommodation costing only (Apply online only) per month (able to be offset against your taxes via limited company).

Requirements:

• A valid driving licence and car available on the island.
• An NVQ Level 3 Certificate (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care.
• Experience in community care, especially in children's residential settings.
  
• A current DBS check registered with the update services
